Wellness Program

We feel a preventative wellness program will keep our residents healthy longer. That's why we coordinate with Wadsworth Glen for monthly blood pressure screening, free of charge to our residents.  Hearing Screening and Hearing Aide Repair available by Hear Again Center and Beltone Hearing Center.

Many of our residents require additional assistance to remain independent in their own apartments.  We can offer you a broad range of services and different levels of programs that can assist you with your daily activities.  Heritage Commons can also help you coordinate occasional, weekly or even 24 hour care in the privacy of your own apartment.

 For the convenience and peace of mind of our residents, we arrange for a dentist and podiatrist to hold appointments in our doctor's office, right here at Heritage Commons.

Easy travel is provided at Heritage Commons.  Our Van takes residents to and from medical appointments on a regularly scheduled basis.  Additional transportation is available through Middlesex Home Health Services.

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative  Care

Heritage Commons residents can have peace of mind knowing that Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is located on the same grounds.  Our Residents receive priority admission to both the long term or short term Rehabilitation Center. This is especially helpful to those who have spouses or friends needing skilled nursing care..... They are just steps away.
